I have already filed my complaint with Shalimar Bagh consumer forum in sep-2010,for the reason of bursting of a 2L Pepsi bottle at my home which damaged no of items so far the matter of mishandling is concerned the same happened when no one was at home, i have seen in the evening after coming back from my office.

Initially i was more concerned about that they should take extra care in manufacturing such items where the end users are human beings….so i was talking with them only but when they offered me carats of pepsi & tropicana juices i had no control over my anger & i moved to consumer court to look into the matter as an aware consumer & followed the tag line ” JAGO GRAHAK JAGO” but its been 3yrs since then & no judgement came out so i have decided to become an unaware consumer also not to follow “jago grahak jago”…
