On 27-Oct-2013 i had booked for Aquaguard water purifier through Eureka Forbes representative Mr Gouse Pasha by making cash payment of Rs 1000/- as advance for which he gave the reciept No.271019535.Since they were unable to deliver the product i cancelled the order & asked to refund the amount through eureka forbes customer care service complaint no.88985549.But still they have not refunded my advance payment even after frequent contact.

Want them to refund my advance payment of Rs 1000/-
