Sir, we had ordered a Bajaj OTG for Rs .4050 through www.shopclues.com on 21st Nov.2013.26th they delivered it ,when we opened we found it is a Old and Rusted one,not only that no Invoice,information manual,warranty card,and no Serial number and manufacturing date on that product.that day itself we had registered complaints (576586;576590;576593)

we want them to refund our hard earned money back at the earliest and rectify the damage and time and money lost in order to get our money refunded
