I bought a sony vaio SVE15137CN 2 months ago and since then i am facing this problem. Inspite of having a 4GB Ram, it is very very slow, often stop responding, doesnt boot sometimes even, and sometimes i have to directly switch it off as it completely stopped responding. I had a word with your customer care executives and they said you try to restore windows once again and i did that. The complete windows 8 has been installed once again like a new one with the help of recovery tools. But again the same situation, It doesnt have even a 2 GB of my personal data out of the large hard disk space of 750 GB, still it is very slow and often stops responding, Please look into this matter on an urgent basis and provide the solution for the same otherwise i have to get the complaint filed in the consumer forum court, if the same situation continue to prevail with my new laptop.
