my self: jigar patel from: mehsana, gujarat Mob no: 9712124727 i have purchased a mobile sony experia M2 on 19th may.in that problem in speaker is there so calling is not possible.2 times i replaced a mobile for that problem but still the problem is same.now company has taken my mobile back and forcing me to taking a upgrading model by paying money difference.but i m common man and not able to pay more money for taking upgradable model. I’m feeling helpless situation because i m coming from poor background.
More than 22000 rupees i have lost including mobile prize. Lots of time and money is lost.every day i go to the customer care but they don’t want to solve my problem. I want my money back as i replaced a mobile but the problem is same. Now i am not ready for more time replacement.
