I purchased SPICE STELLAR PINNACLE PRO MI 535 on 14/10 2013. after 6 months it has been rendered unusable because new battery has not been made available (for purchase). Nor is the battery available in open market. this is gross deficiency in after sale service.

I want compensation of at least Rs. 10000 because I use a phone for about 4 years on an average while this phone I could use only for 6 months, or a new phone with guaranteed after sale service.
