Dear Sir, i complain many times in PGVCL office, Dudhsagar road, Rajkot for Neutral Fault In my Factory in 3 phase and 1 phase Electricity meters. but can’t solve this problem by PGVCL since last 8 months. my complain numbers is 417 at the date of 2nd july 2014 and other complain number is 5356496 at the date of 25th November 2013. hear i attached scan copy of my complain for your reference.

Due to this fault my electricity meter was non use but electricity bill was paid by me every month so i loss my money since last 8 months due to paid this bill.
