I have Ordered Rakhis to Radiff on 03rd Aug. & mention delivery it on 08, 09th Aug but Rediff not deliver as of 12th Aug. I have send email (savicent@gmail.com) to Rediff supplier (Savicent Enterprises) on 08th Aug(refer attachment page 6) but as of today(12th Aug) no response plus there phone # 93219227XXX is always busy I have tried to call numerous but unsuccessful. At same time I was chasing with Rediff support team to provide me any confirmation on delivery date or refund of my money but every time improper reply ((refer attachment page 7). When I have called on there call center phone was ringing but no one answer it. Please refer attached file page 3,4 you can see order status is showing Rakhi “handed over to courier on 05th Aug” but there is no tracking number. at same time refer attached file page 5 it is showing Rakhi is ready to dispatch now what is the fact? Where is my ordered Rakhis?

I want refund of both Rakhis payment plus Compensation for spoiled my Rakhi festival, no profession approach, incorrect information + Harassment. INR 698.00 + INR 10,000 for Harassment
