Vodafone – Wrong Rental charged – Customer’s Review

Vodafone has added a item line in my bill “30ps calling per minute for Rs 30. which I never activated. When I called the contact centre the executive (Priyanka) told me this has been active in my number for the last 1 year. She told me when I changed to a new plan this was mentioned to me (which I cant remember and I am sure I would have opposed to it as i didnt need it). When I told her I could not find this mentioned item in my Feb 14 or earlier bill she told me this service was free for the first 6 months. My argument is even though it was free for the first 6 months they should have mentioned it in the bill and charged me NIL. In this way I would have had a track of the rental and could have asked Vodafone to discontinue the service.

1) Reversal of Rs 120. 2) Even if offering a free service, mention it in the billing details & also for how long the service is free
