I have purchased one LG split AC with Model no. LSA5NP5F on 02/08/2014 from Mr. Sanjeeb. M/s. New Electro Tropical Opp: I.W.T. Office,Ulubari, G.S.Road,Guwahati:-781007 with 5 Star and 1.5 ton for my father in law. The market price of the same product at LG Shoppe,Ulubari,Guwahati is Rs.37,000/ + Rs.1,000/- installation but M/s. New Electro Tropical installation charge is Rs.1,000/- + Rs.38,000/- is cost of the same machine. I have to paid Rs.1,000/- more for the said machine. Please help.

I have already paid Rs.32,000/- and balance of Rs.6,000/- is yet to be paid for the dispute of the exact amount. I have tried several time to pay of Rs.6,000/- to Mr. Sanjeeb but he refused to take the said amount as because another Rs.1,000/- he wants to require. Please solve this problem.
