i have ordered 3 products in same order on 9th may 2014 and done online payment 1)pack of 5 shirts of koutons(reference id of order placed-30793490) 2)pack of 3 pants of koutons(reference id -30648248) 3)pack of 3 kajal printed sarees (reference id – 30357409) i received first 2 products but all shirts and pants are not of the brand koutons also the colour and shades of shirts shown in the add on site are very different than delivered shirts and pants i did not receive the third product even after the 3 months gone.The delivery time mentioned on side is maximum 8 days from date of order i have sent emails also but no reply at all so i have contacted to customer care person 3-4 times but they are saying me to wait again and again they have not provided toll free no also

i don’t want the 3rd not delivered product(pack of 3 kajal sarees)now and also want to return the 2nd product(pack of 3 kouton pants)
