I have called thrice on phone no. 18602000129 of the Philips company in December-2014 and every time i was given false assurance that my grievance will be carried out. But no action has been taken by the company and ow the warranty date has also been passed to to false assurances of the company.

I want the company to carry out my problem on priority basis without charging any amount because the delay was happen from their side.
