I purchased Philips 40PFL4758 LED TV on June 1, 2014 vide invoice no.BIL20140600001864. The tv stopped working all of a sudden on Sep 15, 2014. i registered a compliant on Sept 15, 2014 Monday – complaint no PDEL1509140088 Oct 07, 2014 Tuesday- complaint no PDEL0710140026 Oct 08, 2014 Wednesday- complaint no PDEL0810140032 We were being told that the parts are not available and that the television set will be replaced. And after the first visit on 20Th Sept, 2014 we not heard from the company and the issue is still unresolved.
