Philips TV – Manufacturing Fault, Issue Unresolved

I purchased one Philips TV on 23rd of june. Within 4 months the processor of TV is not working. After continuously trying from last 20 days in customer care, area service center and area manager, problem is not resolved. No one is taking the responsibility and I am fed up to call them and request them.Please do the needful
