Dear Sir/Madam Your CFL has been purchased from AirTel MartEssay Day) , Nainital Road Haldwani, Distt. Uttrakhand on dtd 19.10.2012. At the time of purchase the guarantee of product has been told me one year (and Complny has informed us the warrenty of CFL is 15months)but now he(above said dealer) was denied to replace the same Please arrange to replace the same at the earliest & take necessary action against said soap in-charge.

Please arrange to replase the same.
