Respected sir or mam i madhuri lots of complain regarding my airtel no.every time customer care executives says my complain closed. but no solution provide. i talk with mr. dinesh mr. vineet, mr. puneet madam sima kavita ragini etc… a lot of person ask problem from me but no resolution provide… my cell no is 9890645797

I have requested to you my name is madhuri kore & my cell no is : 9890645797 it’s a friends group card I have compliant in customer care in many time but they r not reply my problem is I m recharge in 24th april for talktime of Rs. 60/- it’s a normal recharge but this day my calling rate is change in 10/- paise to Rs1/- so I have compliant to customer care representative so they ans to me your card will be converted to life time but I say I m only recharge of rs 60/- it’s a normal recharge so they told I have written a complent for you & you’r problem will be solve in 48 hours I have call in customer care in many time but I m not satisfy to customer care representative they r not serious to my problem I m face many problem all of this situation so I requested to you please accept my compliant and please solve my problem
I request you to take necessary action to resolve my issue by the end of this week. Failing which I would be taking legal action against this issue, and you would be held responsible for the consequences.
