Hi, i have purchased Apple I phone5 (16GB- Black) from Planet M store on 27th July 2013. The phone has manufacturing defect as the sensors are not working. I have reported the problem to the store immediately as soon as i found the issue on the 1st day after activating the phone on 29th July. The store policy as per the bill says can be returned within 7 days. I have tried to return this within 2 days but they are not accepting it as they say refund/replacement is only applicable for music. However, the policy on their bill does not say its only for music. They are not replacing the defective product or refunding as per the story refund/replacement policy.

Replacement new box piece as this was defective when they sold me the product and issue notified within 2 days of purchase.
