This is a complaint regarding online company Planetsportsonline.com who is part of Future Group. I placed an order for shoes online on 16 July of amount Rs.2600 through credit card and order no. is 1201320. The order was not shipped yet wherein I was promised that the product will reach me 5 to 7 days. I cancelled the order due to non shipping and I received email on 7 August from them stating they will refund my money in 2 to 3 days however the money has not credited to my account yet. I escalated matter to priya@futuregroup.in, joseph.john@futuregroup.in & harshal.thakare@futuregroup.in however my case is not resolve yet. I tried calling to speak with senior but customer care didn’t transfer my call to relevant person. Most of times, they disconnect phone after putting me on hold when asked to transfer to manager.

I want them to pay damage fee for mistreating, mental stress, phone calls, interest charges and original amount of my transaction.
