Dear Sir,
My self Kushal Shinde, i have lost my cell on 31st its dual sim phone, so i have to block my airtel no. 7387287345. But when i called customer care nad meet airtel gallery they asked me qu. like validity and balance. Since i was not using that sim card fluently so i dont know that thing. Your team leader who is at airtel gallery at Aditya Nakoda Enclave, Singhgad road pune she herself confirm that, yes this sim card register on your name and when myself present there with my ID proof but still she refused me to help.
Please sir help me, if unfortunatly anything bad happened then i will not responsible because i tried my best to be good citizen.
As i am not asking for new conection i was asking to block my own no but still no one help me.

Please sir help me out.
