My name is Kashi Nath Tripathi. I have a Punjab National Bank ATM card. My a/c no. is 2405000100105978. On 06th Oct 2012, I went to a UCO Bank’s ATM in Aishbagh , Lucknow to withdraw money. I insert card and entered withdrawal amount as 5000/-. After few seconds is displayed as transaction completed but I don’t get money but the surprisingly amount got deducted, immediately I also received SMS that 5000/- were deducted. I took my card and went to ICICI ATM just behind that and withdraw amount 5000/-. from my a/c. I also registered compliant to PNB customer care and the complaint ID is 58663852 after many follow-up customer care confirmed on 17-Oct that UCO Bank rejected my claim then I submitted a written compliant to my concern PNB Branch manager Aishbagh branch on dated 19th of Oct but after 1 month he also replied that UCO Bank rejected my claim. Please help me get my amount back to my account with interest. I lost Rs. 5000/- . I am a retired person and 74 years old, please understand my worth and help me to credit back my amount ASAP

Please help me to get my lost amount back with compensation. The amount of 5000 i had lost.
