Dear Sir, I am bablu kumar s/o sri Rajendra prasad singh , shop no 17,18 satyaniketan , motibagh new delhi – 110021 ……………. my account number is 1537000105016472 and my mobile no is 9871208xxx 22.04.2014 I gone for cash to PNB ATM . Exactly It is Giriyak branch in bihar. I put atm card and pin number then machine screen showing nothing and no any response from ATM machine .top left corner show error “255” after some time left from there and go to branch because branch is first floor of ATM machine room , for asking this matter. talking about this matter to branch staff ,when i got message your Rs15000 is debit your account that timing is 1:30 to 1:50 pm. already do complain to customer care complain no is 61311523. same date after 1 hrs again go to ATM and collect cash from atm 5000 two time next day i take 12000 buy check these are ok. but my 15000 thousand is missing I am very poor . so kindly do that ASA please
