respected authority, i mailed this mail 2 days ago to ibsretail@pnb.co.in, ibshelpdesk@pnb.co.in and neft@pnb.co.in but no action has been taken. i tried the neft helpline no. nobody is picking up. i need my money. please help i transferred a amount yesterday in a account of jammu and kashmir bank . payment was deducted instantly but never reached to sent account. normally 1 hour is what it takes. so either refund the money to my account or make the transfer to payee account.
