The PNB Metlife insurance policy promoter (Vantage insurance – Pune) cheated me into a policy which bore me a loss of 76000.00 INR. I had clearly mentioned to the policy seller to give me a policy which can give me all my money invested after lockin period. Inspite of making it clear to the promoter they sold me a policy with surrender charges 70% at the end of 3 yrs. The promoter did not tell me anything about the surrender charges when it was sold to me. I made a complaint with PNB Metlife at gro@pnbmetlife.co.in, but they failed to provide me with the desired action. I would have raised this concern before, but I thought I could continue with the policy once i secure my employment back. The insurance company also forecloses my policy with out any written communication & subjects my objection to T&C in the policy document. I don’t carry my policy documents everywhere i go, hence if i was intimated about foreclosure i could reinstated my policy. Note: PNB Metlife is not listed in your drop boxes of ‘Brand’.

I want to be compensated for cheating me into the policy.
