PNB has deducted the amount Rs. 20000 from my mothers account no. (6414000200000049) There is no prior information before deducting this amount. I have come to know when I had seen entry in my mothers passbook. If I see description it says ” CAR LOAN” but my mother has taken no car loan from PNB. Car loan taken by father and he is no more whereas it has been cleared off and no due certificate has been issued. This has been cleared off 4 yrs back and there has been no intimation from 4 yrs about any dues. If bank can deduct the money without information it is noway safe with banks. If it is not allowed then banks has not passed proper information to smaller branches.

If due to such things if any how cheque bounce case come into picture and consequently due to lack of balance there could be legal complications. They should not repeat this with any more persons.
