I bought a life insurance poilcy from HDFC SL in Jan. When I received the Policy Document I found that my name was incorrect on it. I complained HDFC SL people and they took my policy documents back from me saying they will issue a fresh policy documnet.
Its 3 months now I am following up with them with no result. Every now and then a new person talks to me with false promises. Right now I dont have any document with me. If anything goes wrong or would have gone wrong in past 3 months, there is no way my family have got the insurance benefit from HDFC SL.
I request IRDA authority to help me with this.
