This is a complaint regarding the Birla Sun life Dream Plan policy issued to me without showing the Sales illustration sheet and any information about the charges of this policy.

The policy details are:

· Policy Number: 002987380
· Date of Policy issue: 11/06/2009

This policy was issued to me telling that the allocation amount is almost zero for this policy. However, I was not shown the Sales illustration sheet and also was not told to SIGN that sheet during the issuance of the policy. Hence, I was completely unaware of the policy administration charges posed via this policy.

I have sent am email to customer service asking for full refund, however I have not got any response from them:(
