I approached policybazar for mutual funds, on 28/01/2015 at 19:hrs simmerpreet singh/BE04475 (mob.No:244549550) contacted me for policy booking. he explained high return funds through internet guidance. my interest on mutul funds for high returns. he finally suggested that HDFC balanced fund can give more returns and explained with comparison. insisted me to book the policy through online. but i refused for booking online, but he told me that if you book online you cannot pay any commission to agents. his repeated requests finally i agreed and told to book HDFC balanced fund Rs.30,000/- one time investment for five years.

I processed through online. company website not responding properly for money transfer, he sent softwere through his mail to my mail for money transfer activation, and finally i transferred amount Rs.30,000/-. after some time i received message that Rs. 30,000/- booked in HDFC life insurance with yearly premium for 5 years(proposal No:17395100, policy No:s100000170474. actually it is not my option. the policy bazar person misguided and cheated. i immediately registered complaint on this issue to HDFC online query. and 29/1,31/1,5/2,11/2,15/221/2 repeatly sent complaints for change the HDFC insurance policy to HDFC balanced fund Rs.30,000 for five years with one time investment. company responded No;HDFCSL-001-771-308, but issue not settled and action on misguided person not initiated so far. speedy action and change of policy requested.
