We have made agreement for a villa project and agreed by real estate to complete in 12 months period. Now six month exceeded and given many excuses. I currently reside in Dubai, UAE. WE have paid 46 lakhs and total cost is 499730/-. As per agreement, 18% of the total payment made can be claimed as compensation if they don”t complete the work as per stipulated period. We have planned to visit kerala many times and postpone due to delay in completion.
