ICICI Prudential Life Insurance website is fraudulently / poorly designed. By default it is activating the Standing Instructions on our Credit Card even without any alert. This is cheating and customers like me are suffering a lot because of this. There is no provision to cancel the Standing Instruction also, which irritates me further. Why not concern authorities look into this issue and help us.
