Noticed Sub-Standard /Poor Quality of Bata Power Canvass Shoe supplied by Venkatramana Traders, 247/162, Jawahar Bazzar, Karur – 639 001, Tamilnadu. vide thier Invoice no: 10760/25.12.2013. Within 3 days usage, Sole of the shoes came out separately. Requested Free replacement of the above shoes. Dealer has not complied my requests. Kindly take necessary steps and advise dealer.

On Thursday 28th Nov 2013. I have purchase Ladies footwear from bata showroom nai sarak, jodhpur. Next day On 29th nov 2013 i ve reached the showroom at 11:30am for exchange the Ladies footwear the manger refuses and told this not correct time although i was having bill. I m very fond of your service in other state of city but in jodhpur with manger it was horrible experience. Manager is very cheap, undisciplined.
