I have subscribed for a broadband account in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand for the last four or five months. In the beginning they me told of a wrong plan and I kept on using it like an unlimited download subscription as promised, only to get monthly bills of over Rs 3000.

Last month I checked out the plan myself and got it corrected. But now I am getting speeds of just 23-25 kbps over the broadband connection!!!!!!!!!

I have tried complaining to the concerned officials but no one pays a heed because “it was their job to provide account, not maintain the speeds!”

Please suggest a way to solve the problem so that I may enjoy what I am paying for.
