Dear Sir, This is to update you about my buying experience for one of the “WORST”Handset that i had purchased “HTC desire 516” on 06th Sep’ 2014. After using ONLY 34 days,the handset got HEATED, HANGED & giving NO DISPLAY. The handset is submitted to service center ar ROHTAK-Haryana after the problem. wherein they have asked for 7-10 days of repairing time. The handset of brand like HTC got hanged in just 34 days and i am having no handset as of now to communicate. Also no service handset were provided to me at the time of repair. Expect a new HANDSET instead of this one. as i will not take the repaired handset now which is of no use just after a month time of its purchase. Such a poor quality was not expected from HTC. Pls reply/resolve issue ASAP as its hurting customers as well as HTC brand. PLS CONSIDER THE REQUEST FROM YOUR “POOR CUSTOMER” and resove the complaint ASAP.
