I had bought a Marie Claire bag from the Bata showroom at Bhangagarh, Opposite Hub, G.S. Road. The bag was worth Rs.1500. I had purchased it towards the end of the month of July, 2013. I started taking it to office from the 1st of August. But by the month of September, the stitches on the handle started to come loose. And let me tell you I do not carry any heavy things in the bag, for I carry a separate lunch bag to work. Even the leather on the handle is peeling off. This is not what I expected from such a reputed brand and that too your Marie Claire products. I even went and spoke to the store authorities but they said that they were helpless. .

Can somebody from Bata or Marie Claire resolve this issue and continue the consumer experience once needs ?
