I want to complain against Tradus.com I had purchased one product from their whose quality was not up to the mark as shown in site. My order id is 10060838_01. So, they asked me to send the product back through courier and said they will give the courier plus product charges back. But it is so shameful on their part that they wasted my very important time following up and it been more than 2 months that they have not refunded my amount. Although the amount is just Rs 251 + Rs 75 but how much time they wasted is not acceptable. I want my money value back plus value of my time as they are delayed in getting me a correct response.
