I am Pankaj Sharma, contact number 9560794999. I want to escalate my problem to that I am having a Micromaxx mobile phone Bolt and i am getting some problem with memory card slot and touch screen. I have submitted my mobile phone in M/S Shree Sai Telecom (Gurgaon) and I got a job sheet : N060197-1213-7001373. They told me to collect my mobile phone after 2 days but after two days they provided my phone back the same problem. Then I returned my phone back to them and they told me that I will get my phone back after 5 days then again I got my mobile phone with the same problem. I have again submitted my phone there. They are not resolving my problem and its more than a month. I have also called the micromaxx customer care and my complaint number is 9953557986. Even they are making excuses and not providing me a better resolution. Please look into my matter and provide me a better solution. Thank you.
