I”ve purchaced sony xperia mobile sola 5 months ago after that my phone’s touch pad stopped working after that. i’ve given my phone about 1 month ago on 14 march and now they are saying that the part is not in india It will take 1 month more and they are offering me a phone which is cheaper than my phone and when i said that I want an expensive phone and I will pay for it according to my phone’s price they refused.I want my phone back with all problems fixed in 4 days otherwise i want a new phone .If no body listens i will take my problem to the consumercourt
