Dear Concerned ,

Supriya Here , My complain is for First Flight courier service wherein I could see that my consignment no. – P991M0266714 is reached at Bangalore on 9th November but till now it has not come to me and today is 16th November, It’s valuable consignment and if i am trying to get help from customer care even they are not properly responding and from past 2 days no response of my calls too . not sure how to believe on these people . I am seeking a help from Grahak seva on the same also .

Specially Sarjapur road branch – all the contact no. is swithed off and no one is bothered to response . Note – if you guys are not sending my product by today within 4:00 pm then i need compensation for my product .
