FACT OF THE CASE Ported my mobile from Reliance to TATA DOCOMO 2) Number has been barred in September 2015 due to non payment at donor operator Reliance (GSM) 3) Service to my number not restored even after making payment on 03.09.2015 & forwarded a copy of Payment e-receipt to TATA DOCOMO. 5) Sevrvice to my number not restored even after getting an order from Appellate on 20.10.2015 for restoration of my connection. (Approached TATA DOCOMO appellate on 08.10.2015 & on 20.10.2015 I got the order to restore my connection within 10 days.) 7) After a long period TATA DOCOMO restored my connection on 30.12.2015 without any prior information. 8) In January 2016 TATA DOCOMO generated a fabricated bill of RS 5038.87 for the billing period of 25.12.2015 to 24.01.2016(My credit limit is Rs 1400 only). In which they included charges for the month of September, October, November & December 2015 during this period there was no service to my number & bills for these periods already receied earliar with zero charge. 9) I approached TATA DOCOMO appellate again on 21.01.2016 but no action taken. Prayers 1) Please restore my service to my mobile number. 2) Please rectify the wrongly generated bill. 3) Please ompensate for not providing service to my mobile number for such a long period & generating a fabricated bill of Rs 5038.87. Whole this disturbed my life as a whole, all financial and non financial accounts were registered with this mobile number, discontinuation of service put me into lot of trebiles.
