Facts /Brief History 1) I noticed that below 2 Speed posts items i.e EN059887719IN & EN059887869IN were lately delivered as per the trace/logs updated by the concerned department of posts Staff. 2) The final delivery date of item before the date of bag opened. In other words, after the final date of delivery item, bag is opened and updated for many days at NirmanBhawan Sub post office range. It seems to be clearly intentionally delayed at this post office for so many days of my important delivery item.It is observed to be very long holding of my speed post item by the NirmanBhawan S.O range. Shown in below enclosure No 1 & 2. 3) The third item EN059895542IN which also posted was correctly delivered with correct details (shown in below enclosure no 3). Note: The Secretary and Member may review the date of received my speed post item correlate with the actual received dates in the inward number of registers and the action taken reports (also may check for any tampering etc.). My tax evasion petition is delay for very long time. Hence may direct the concerned authorities for the intermittent report and data may call to board instead forward the case. All the previous correspondence is being only forwarding manner but not acted on my petition in with in time bound. Complaint • Due to some influence of parties mentioned in my original petition, there is very large delay happened which is been concealed by the late updates in wrong manner. The item which I had sent is related to my life and liberty. More importantly it is also associated selective confidentiality too. The tampering and other missing data is also may be investigate while delivered by the concerned Postal Authority. There was some corrupt practices happened in this scenario. • I am entitled to get the Compensation as per the Speed post norms defined in the India post website for the EMS Speed post service. • Hence, I am here with submitting this complaint to the Department of Posts along with the Inward date entries of offices received my article. As these kind of delays are particularly happened many time when I sent articles by speed or registered post. There is some influence behind this part. Hence, I am submitting this matter before the higher authorities for suitable remedial action and also direct concerned authorities to take preventive measure for the future service.
