Postal Department Postmaster Mis-behavior

Harassment, denial , Refused of Payment ,ill-behaved, negative motivation and vindictive attitude of the Postmaster of Authpur Sub Post office Mr..Subhasis Roy in paying Monthly Interest to the elderly senior citizen MIS Accounts Holders, Request your kind intervention: Ref. MIS A/c No. MIS 70704422 ,70705675, 70706591 Date of incident 28.02.2015

Sir , With due honour I give below the following facts for your kind intervention so that senior citizen old MIS A/c. Holders are not treated as beggars in future by the Postmaster of Authpur Sub Post Office 1. On 21.02.2015 at about 11-15.00 AM I have submitted my Pass Bookof of matured Recurring Depositon. for settlement and to draw my queue 2. At about 12.20 PM all on a sudden the Postmaster came and shouted that now it is 12.20 PM , widow is closed , you all take back your Pass Book and no payment will be made to day. 3. We have requested that we have submitted our Pass Book before 12 Noon as such you may please consider to make our payment who submitted their Pass Book before 12 Noon 4. At this, the Postmaster became violent and behaved very ruddy with us and shouted like any thing as if we are beggars and asking money from his pocket. 5. Since then ,a serious discontentment amongst the Customer is prevailing in the Post office regarding customer satisfaction and erratic behavior of the Postmaster. 6. on 28.02.2015 so many customer went to withdraw money from MIS & SB A/c but the said Postmaster refused to issue Withdrawal Slip on the ground that Withdrawal Slip is not available there. Due to urgent emergency I have requested the said Postmaster to issue me 3 Withdrawal Slips for the above mentions MIS , he replied that you give me a written application , accordingly after submitting my application he refused to accept and told that you write to my higher authority . 7. Till date we have not yet received any payment due to the negligence of the Postmaster. 8. Furthermore, it may please be noted that the Post office is not opening in time every day and we are to stand outside the Post office. 9. Serious dissentient is prevailing around the Post Office and most of the Senior citizen customers are seeking alternate arrangement for funding to Banks .
