When ever power cut occurs we are not getting signal(BSNL). In our village since last 4 months when ever power failure occurs we are not getting signal(i.e tower has no backup). Because of that we facing severe problems. We have more than 350+ connections in entire panchayat. We have complaint here near by bsnl office but they did not respond from last 4 months. Please take my request and respond as soon as possible.

BSNL being a government company must be considerate to villagers like us and not just focus on metros and cities.
