I have bought my Airtel number (9840455465) in 2007 and I Have converted that into postpaid in 2009and submited the documents at that time, a month back i have converted that to prepaid again and i have submitted the documents again at Santhome. They took a week to activate the number, a week later I have received a message saying that resubmitting the documents, Since I couldn’t find any airtel showroom near my home i took a week and i visited airtel show room at Kodambakam on a saturday, The customer service person who was sitting there said that they wont accept form on saturday, the next week i have again visited the same branch and submitted the documents but the end of the day my number got dissconnected permanently. I have called customer care guys many times and told about my documents status, even though they couldnt take any action. I fed up with this Airtel customer care and Airtel. They are neither giving back my money nor are they activating the service. I want some acction to be taken against this
