Last month on 14th June 2014, I bought a 3 burner gas stove “Prestige Royale Duplex Series DGS 03L” from Prestige TTK smart kitchen shop in Vishrantwadi , Pune, Maharashtra. Till now my experience with the product is very miserable. Within a month of purchase, one of its burner started leaking the gas and there was a fire coming out of the knob, I registered the complaint for same “PUNE-458997”. Even though it was a critical issue of Gas Leakage , the service guy came only after 2 days. He observed the issue and did some cleaning of the knob saying there were some dust particles. He ensured that it wont be an issue again. But within two days of service the gas started leaking again and this time the fire is considerable. Again I have registered the complaint on 21st July 2014 with complaint id PUNE-477159, but till now no one has responded.

I need a replacement of my gas stove
