I went your store on 9th Dec 09. The offer price mentioned at the bangalore banaswadi store for coca cola tin 330 ml was buy 2 cans and the offer price is rs 50, and you save rs 10. I got 6 of them. The person at the billing counter kept on arguing that there is no offer but was not ready to go to the shelf and check the offer mentioned there. Finally the store manager came, he checked and says its not showing on our systems so wee can not offer the rs 40 price.
The store was not managed properly and the manager was ready to accept the mistake that it was his responsibility to change the board if the offer no longer exists. it made 5 more people waiting after me in the queue for more then an hour. it creates a chaos at the store for no good reason. Its not about we pay 50 or 40 for any product, its about ethics, and store management. the manager need to know how to deal with their customers. after all he represents MORE to the customers.
I said i will ve to complaint about it, he says do what you want to. This will be my last visit to your store, with such humiliating experience i will never step inside your store.
