Dear Sir, I have purchased a shoes of lancer brand( Rs.900/-) from the Prince Shoes store, at -131, ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751009, But after one day i found the product is a damage one, so i went to the store and request the store owner to exchange the same, but he denied to exchange it and treated me brutally .
