I have ordered for a product for 1500 INR, which they promised to deliver within 2-3 days. After 5 days of no receipt of product, i contacted their customer care, which said they have not received my order. they asked me to send the confirmation mail I received from Tbuy and order report to care@telebuyindia.com , which I did. Calling them on the next day, they said they haven’t received my mail and asked me to resend it. I did the same and added receipt to my mail id too. The customer care again are singing the old song that they have not received the order and worse is the attitude of the customer care who really don’t know the very purpose of their existence. I request you to follow-up with this complaint as I gave a shipping address (with a hope of getting the product within 3 days) where I won’t be returning for another 3 months.
I want my cash to be reimbursed along with a fine for not living up to their promises.
