I had booked Air ticket from MakeMyTrip.com via Makemytrip App from Android phone. As per the Offer I was supposed to get a CashBack of Rs 500 (Coupon Code : MMTAPP500). But I didn’t received any CashBack, Neither they are able to justify that why I am not eligible for cashback. I had been told that complaint would get resolved in 4 days, Which didn’t happened till now. I have been calling them again and again in a time spam of week and every time I use to get same response “We have raised the complaint to concern department and they are working on it”. I had been assured of callback with justification that Why am not eligible for cashback. But I didn’t receive any response/callback. I called them back several times but their response was quite ignorant. NEITHER THEY ARE REFUNDING THE MONEY, NOR THEY ARE ABLE TO GIVE REASON FOR NOT GIVING CASHBACK AS PER OFFER. Now, Its been more than 2 months and I haven’t received any cashback from makemytrip. THEY USE TO PUBLISH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS FOOLING PUBLIC, TO BOOK TICKET AND AVAIL SOME OFFER.
