sir/mam, iam karthik i ordered a Embroidered Hoodie Sweatshirt – Grey on 21st January,and the despatching date is on 29th January,but i contacted customer care,they told me we will call back,but still there is no response from their side,so kindly help me out of this.to take a struck action against the authorities.

i need the refund as well a to take a struck action against the authorities,and also some relief fund.
