I Purchased a total of four(4) posters from the e-commerce site ‘http://www.printvenue.com’. I received only one(1) of the four(4) posters, rest three posters have not been received yet I have called the dealer’s customer service many times but no compensation has been made by them

I made the payment of Rs.498 by debit card before receiving the products(prepaid). I received only one(1) poster which costs Rs.87.12. Since I have not received the other three(3) posters and no refund is made by the company, therefore my financial loss is Rs. 410.88

I want the rest three(3) posters as soon as possible or a refund of money, i.e Rs.410.88
