Dear sir,

I’d liek to bring to your notice that most of the private insurance companies do not accept renewals if there is any claim in the policy for the previous year. The whole purpose of taking insurance is defeated. The customer is put to hunt the another insurance company for the next year.Those companies licences should be cancelled if they deny the renewal of the policy if there is a claim the previous year. or they should be penalized with clause that the renewal should be done at the cost of the insurance companies.
